The right to kneel is the right to stand
Behold the 21st century plantation, where the slaves are entitled to make an incredibly good living — so long as they have no problems with castration. Because even after all these years, the dark fantasy symbolized by what hangs between a black man’s legs is still the most terrifying thing to white supremacy. Back in the day, black men had to have their junk sliced off to save White Womanhood. Today, it seems rich old white men are just as scared of getting screwed by young black men armed with a conscience and a willingness to use it.
What the NFL fails to realize, by passing this new regulation demanding that all players ‘respect’ the National Anthem at game time, is that these young African American men who continue to make them so much money are not their pets. They’re not toys either. You can’t just wind them up and point them over the cliff — or into the noose. And you can’t just order them to roll over.
These are grown-assed men, NFL. You’ll have to do better than scratching them on the belly to make them forget they are target practice.
